April 25 is Anzac Day! and Today is April 25. In one of my home learning activities, We were to make Anzac biscuits if we are allowed. So Today I decided to make those biscuits!
These are ingredients we are suppose to have:
Butter
Boiling Water
Desiccated Coconut
Golden Syrup
Bicarbonate Soda
Caster Sugar
Plain flour
Porridge oats
Steps:
1) By starting we put our oven on to 180° and heat it up
(I don't have photos) We put all our dry ingredients which is our Flour, Desiccated Coconut, Oats and Sugar.
2) Melt butter until it's soften and add in golden syrup. Stir and add 2 tablespoon of boiled water and 1 teaspoon of bicarbonate soda. Slowly, Pour in too the dry ingredients.
3) Get a pan and spread out baking paper onto the pan. Butter it and put on the mixture onto the pan and put it in the oven.
4) Leave it in the over for 8 -10 minutes. I left mine for 8 minutes.
5) Take it out and should look like this
I hope you liked this blog!! This was really easy to bake and I enjoyed it a lot.
What I can improve on is just the taste. It was kind of buttery but also sweet! This is really fun so I suggest you guys also try it out :)
Happy Anzac :D!

Hi Zippy!
ReplyDeleteYour ANZAC Biscuits looked so good! I really like how you put the ingredients for the ANZAC Biscuits and how you put instructions to! Mine were also really sweet when they came out. I also really like how you put what you could improve on with the biscuits.
Keep up the great work!
