Dirty Dishes

Hey guys!

So basically I have a new reading story and its fiction! Which is totally my favorite because it is much easier than non fiction! This story is named Dirty Dishes and it's about a boy who is terrified of the dish washer because it been acting weird!

So I have different stages on this because it's a course. These are the things I have added!
Voice check, Shield, Getting ready which means to practice and attack!
Voice check is to yell and not be nasty, shield just incase if they hit and try to attack you,  get ready for the mean attack and attack for you to keep safe. This is not dangerous because it is not kids obviously no attacking kids just yelling. So this it!

This part of the activity is the Synthesis and I chose the first one which is the course and Peter wants to help the ones who are going through this their selves so he thought to help out. So far he has been going through this dishwasher problem himself and thinks its not fair because it never happens to his mum and dad.

My Culture

Hey Guys! It's Zipporah!!
This is my culture. Every student in Room 5 had to make a DLO about our culture like Our Food :P, National flower and more. I have added the things my teacher has told me to add about my culture.

This term, We are learning about our Taonga which mean treasure and here we were told to talk about our culture. In Week 3 on Friday we have a upcoming activity which is basically Cultural Day. Which reminds me that I can write about my Culture and share it with you guys. So this is what I have done. I tried to add a lot of interesting facts and information. Please don't judge about the Filipinos putting up their trees around October, We are maybe excited but please don't judge since most Filipinos do this around October..

This is what I have done so far and I tried to add a lot of information. We had to ask our parents about our country. I also done all my slides. Please ask if I need to do some fixing or change the font if you can't really see it.




                       

Ice Cream Please!!

Today's blog is an explanation of how beans are picked and then how its crushed.
I don't think this was hard because I just had to tell you how it picked and then crushed.
Also this weeks reading story is a Non Fiction and its named Vanilla Ice Cream, Please. It is a girl from Tonga that picks vanilla beans to giveaway.

I had to make a type of information web. This is my google drawing of how its picked and crushed.

Taonga

Hey hey!

As you can see I have made my Taonga and Somethings that are important to me.
What I made is something that is important to me and something I can't let go of. In Ruma Rima all the students had to make these either on Device or Paper.

So these are my Special Treasures that I never want to lose!

Taonga:
Means Treasure in english. Taonga is an object that you can't lose.

In todays post I made an information web. I was given a Journal to read but the story I read was Return tickets, Please!

It is so much fun learning and it is about space but more of Mars.

This was easy to make and I hope I made the sentences clear. I add lots of information and facts about Mars and the first person to step on the moon. I also told you guys about Venus, Why people never go there!
